What a nice day - all packed into about 2hrs but sooo nice. HW was 1330hrs.

Got down about 9am but it wasn't looking to hot so grabbed some food and decided to rig the 5.4m just before 10am.

There was only about 5 others out - no kites. Beautiful sunshine but it was so low that it was directly in your face when sailing out. This made for some interesting non-planned jumps. Shouldn't moan to much about the sun - it was lovely.

Conditions were just right for my ability - some nice 4ft face ramps to practice the jumps and gybes on. I even managed to do a couple of big donkey kicks (trying to do a table tops). I was abit overpowered at times (light sailor) but overall really pleased with the mornings sail and learnt a lot. I came in just before midday - the shore break was not massive but I didn't want to risk my kit.

Finished in glorious sunshine and just sat down and chilled for 30mins after derigging - what a nice day and the sunshine was great therapy. January? - it felt like July!
